Nice house and quick walk to the beach entrances. The view from the top deck is fantastic! Kitchen is well equipped (my chef husband approves). The common area has a nice new couch and love seat and chairs for gathering. Bunk rooms are great for kids. Nice furniture on the deck if you want to eat outside or take in the view.

We had a great time in this condo, nice and clean and set up as we entered on our first day. No issues and location is perfect. Pay laundry but location to the laundry room is great. Pool is also very close. Very quiet complex . Would highly recommend this rental and will use it again I’m sure.

Seeing the Sun Set from the bed is the best and the Sun Sets are spectacular. From the short path to the beach and the Broadwalk under the bridge everything is within walking distance - Publiks, Parks, restaurants and bars. The Penthouse is Pure Peace.

The location of the house was perfect for a short walk to the beach. We encountered a couple of issues during our stay but the owners responded quickly with sending help to solve the problems. The only downside is that we had a crawling infant with us and clearly the main level floors had not been mopped because she consistently had black knees and hands from the time we arrived.

Spot on! Beautiful home with everything you want to relax. We had our family, Grandmother, Grandfather and 4 adult children, 3 young adult grandchildren. It was spacious and met all expectations. Didn't feel crowded. Good location with very nice neighbors.
