The condo was walking distance to the beach. It is literally the backyard view. The community guard was friendly and helpful. He did a good job at keeping the community safe. The condo was smaller than expected. However, it was a clean and has basic amenities.

This condominium is conveniently located just outside of Breckenridge. We were 3 couples, so it was nice to have 3 bedrooms that each had a king or queen bed in it, and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms as well. For the most part everything is very nice, there are some minor maintenance issues that could be taken care of.

Great place to stay close to the ski lift.

The home was very nice, nice décor & furnished well. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, etc. Loved the heated floor in the master bath. Liked the least that there was no written material for TV controls, whether or not they recycle garbage & no recommendations for restaurants. Also there was no exercise room.

Great location for a relaxing vacation. Very convenient to the pools and beach! Tons of room. We never felt crowded with 7 adults and 4 kids. Parking garage was a little tight as we have a suburban but there is oversized parking available outside. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean and so close to golf courses and all the shoppings. The backyard is amazing with a nice pool and a 5 hole putting green. The host was amazing and responded to our questions immediately. Our whole Arizona trip has been great and it all starts with the place we stayed . Mahalo.
