Stayed here for Spring Break and had a great time. The property was very well appointed in every way. We had a minor issue with a door handle, but after a call to report it, the issue was fixed very quickly! Will definitely recommend to any friends traveling to the area. Liked how close it was to the tennis/pickleball center and the General Store. Easy bike ride to the beach as well!

Location is unbeatable, condo was spacious and very clean. Most everything you would need or want was provided. Everyone from the parking lot guard, office staff, to the pool attendant were helpful and courteous. Mark from iTrip was great. These condos are definitely the best place to rent on Marco, we are booking for next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was just right for a weekend basketball trip to follow our oldest and her team for a tournament. The house was easy to find, very clean and tidy and had comfortable beds. Loved this weekend getaway and Seascape 1 was just right.
