Everything was in order. From the original rental itself to the follow up entry instructions in advance of the trip. The condo has every convenience that we wanted. It was clean and has a great porch and view.Day 3 of the month as of this writing and no problems at all. B.Miller

The house was definitely a five star! When we arrived the condo we rented was under construction on the exterior, making difficult to enter by either door, BUT the agency came to the rescue and located a nearby place within the hour. They were wonderful to deal with.

Loved the Condo. great to look out from the balcony looking over the beach. if I had to offer any criticism, it would be that the carpet was very old/dirty. I would imagine that a hardwood/tile floor would be a better option for beach use. My family enjoyed the week - we would come back.

The home we rented was perfect for our needs and was will situated in Avon. It is close to I 70 and minutes from the restaurants and shops which are located in Avon. We arrived to find a very clean and comfortable home. Our only issue is that the furnishings are tired and some of the mattresses need to be replaced. Still, it is our hope to rent this home again next year.

What An Incredible Experience!

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful home from September 17 - 24. It is spacious, sunny, bright and the pool/spa was incredible! Everything there is new and worked perfectly and everything we needed was supplied. The location was great - nearby shopping, just a few minutes to downtown Naples and the beaches and well as easy access to Marco Island. Count on us coming back!
