As you enter the first floor of the home, you will breeze into the efficiency apartment that was recently upgraded with all new appliances and furniture!! This room includes a full kitchen, full bath, Queen Sleeper Sofa, and King loft bed designed for children and teens. Kitchen includes plastic ware for your convenience and outdoor use at the pool.

Out back, your very own private pool (that can be heated) and *hot tub are awaiting you! Lounge around the pool and catch some sun, cook delicious meals on the BBQ and end the night gathered around the fire pit with friends and family! The backyard is the perfect private oasis!

As you take the stairs, (or elevator), up to the second level you will find three bedrooms and two baths. The first bedroom has two sets of adult length bunk beds and is connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, to the second guest bedroom with a king sized bed! You will also find the master suite with a private bathroom, and its own access to a private balcony on this level!

As you move on to the third floor you will be taken with the spacious open concept floor plan. This level has a beautiful gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and top of the line appliances. You will find that it is fully stocked with anything you may need for all of your cooking needs, including dinnerware for dining. There is seating for 8 (five chairs, plus a bench) at the dining room table and additional seating for four at the kitchen bar. Relax in comfort in this home living area; which includes a flat screen T.V. and a comfortable sectional sofa! There is a half bathroom off the kitchen for added convenience. The third floor of the home also features another guest bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom.

These items are provided for your convenience, and are intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours.

Point of View was a great place to stay. This place sleeps 16 and the 16 will be comfortable. The location is perfect for those that would like to be close to the beach and 30A and not on the beach. The four stories are great for separating the guests so that everyone can feel like they have some privacy. The TWO kitchens are great! It allows for multiple cooking areas. The pool and firepit are great! The parking is challenging, but the carport is covered. The place came with some bikes, but they were not used by us. The pool lights go off early, would like to keep them on after 8PM. We had a few issues with the pool with heating and filling, but the owners were responsive and tired to assist. The downstairs AC had some issues, but again the owners was responsive. The extra shower and bathroom by the pool are nice, but can have some flushing issues, but the owners are helpful. They also were able to provide extra sheets and towels when the washing machine was not properly wringing out the wet cycle. Kathy and Mollie were very responsive and tried to assist where they could. I would recommend staying here again. It is a fun and beautiful place. VERY quite and great views!!!

This place is seriously amazing! I normally don't take the time to leave reviews, but this one deserves it! The layout is SO COOL! It is so spacious and beautifully updated and decorated with plenty of room for our big family. The elevator made it easy for my parents to reach each level and the pool was PERFECT for the kids! We had evening cocktails in the top level and could see the gulf and the beautiful surrounding area. We were so close to everything for entertainment, but honestly, this house was so great, we stayed in most nights! The management company, iTrip was SO friendly and helpful! They answered all of our questions a head of time and checked in via email and phone while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. Seriously, couldn't have had a better time! We have already booked our return trip to this exact home for next year! You can't beat it!

We spent a week and a half at A Point of View and had a very nice stay. There was plenty of room for our two families. The house was very clean and well appointed. There were two kitchens: A basic kitchen on the first level right by the pool which made grabbing snacks/drinks very convenient when we were outside swimming in the heated pool or hanging out by the fire pit which we did almost every night! The main kitchen (and living space) was on the third floor which offered a spectacular view of the Gulf and Seaside. There was even a better view from the fourth floor tower which you could access via the elevator. Beds were comfortable. There is a funky bed loft on the first floor that requires climbing a ladder so it is more for agile adults or kids. Parking was a little tight but not an issue if you know how to make a 3 point turn. We had three cars at times and made it work. Since the house is located at the end of a dead end road there is no through traffic so we felt safe with our kids running outside. The management company was very accommodating with any of our questions. Thanks for the great memories! We will definitely stay here again!

This house is truly a strange setup with the biggest common area on the top floor and the funky loft that has a 4’ ceiling. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. Couch upstairs desperately needs a good cleaning. The best part is the backyard area which was not cleaned well with wrappers and trash around the pool and the pool needed to be vacuumed and seemed cloudy the entire stay. The landscaping could be beautiful but seemed neglected. We were unable to use the hot tub or fire pit the first day. The management property answered quickly and came the next day but we didn’t understand why it wasn’t ready upon arrival. The house desperately needs sharp knives as the few there wouldn’t cut through butter and also kitchen shears. There was sheetrock mud on all the walls throughout the house where it needed painting. Disappointing for the price we paid.

Absolutely loved our stay and the house! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We weren’t sure if we were working the hot tub correctly so directions for that would have been appreciated. Beautiful and clean house in a great location with quick access to the beach and downtown seaside!

The house was great for our family. Tons of room and the location was amazing! Having the private pool was a game changer. We would definitely go back. Only complaint... we felt like the cleaning service may have forgotten to clean the pool area and bathroom. The lounge chairs were all pretty dirty and the pool had lots of debris. The outside bathroom was quite unkempt. Other than that... everything was great!!!

Beach weekend

Short walk to the beach, and local restaurants/shopping. House was easily able to accommodate all our quests. Spacious, never felt like we are on top of each other with 6 adults and 3 children. Hosts responded promptly, and were always pleasant. Great place to stay.

We arrived last week on Thursday night, the day after Hurricane Michael came ashore about an hour to the east. Power was out for most of Thursday and Friday and Jason with Holiday Properties was extremely helpful and patient and was able to relocate us to this home since it had power. Jason was awesome. Regarding the house, it has a nice location with short walks to Seaside and the beach. It has the best views of the gulf of any homes in the area from the top floor. Parking is tight for large family vehicles but you just have to be careful. Overall, fine home for the money.

The house was perfect for our group. My mom uses a wheelchair or walker & the elevator was great for her! The only thing that was challenging was getting her in the house, where there were 2 steps. We had to left her chair each time. A small ramp or even a piece of plywood would have been helpful.

My family and I stayed at A Point of View this week. While we love Seaside, we will likely not stay at this home again. Having the living quarters on the top floor was not optimal.The beds were not comfortable, the oven didn't heat appropriately, parking was less than ideal, and we were missing a bike. I called about the bike and was told they were brining another one as one of the four had been stolen the week before, but it never came. In fact, I had to call about it because I thought a bike had been stolen while we had the house. No one told us to only expect three bikes. The oven arrived this morning after we left. The furniture is old and dirty with rips in the couch. For almost $8,000 for the week my expectations were much higher. On the plus side, the outdoor living area was nice and we enjoyed the fire pit.

Thank you for taking the time to provide constructive feedback on the home, A Point Of View. It is our goal to make sure every guest is happy with their stay at our home and we will learn from your feedback to make that happen. Although issues can unexpectedly occur at any time, we do try to respond quickly. When we were made aware of the problem with the 3rd floor kitchen, we contacted a service department to attempt repair that same day. When it became clear that the repair was cost prohibitive, we began our search for a replacement. The nearest available stove was 100 miles West in Pensacola. We left the next morning to pick up the stove to save time and replace the appliance as fast as possible. Thankfully there was a full kitchen on the first floor to help during this time. The home is located on a cul-de-sac and offers parking for 4. This provides a safe environment for kids to play and ride bikes without the danger of passing traffic. Most homes in the area have the living area and kitchen located on an upper floor. This allows for a better view of the Gulf from the Living Room windows and deck. It is also easily accessible using the elevator in the home. This late in the summer, it is normal for the upholstery on the sectional sofa to be dirty. With as many as 16 people enjoying the home week after week, it is difficult during the 6 hours on Saturday to get this type of cleaning accomplished. Although we had hoped to have the upholstery cleaned in a few weeks during the post season deep clean, we are going ahead and having this taken care of in the next few days. We offered to have it done during the current guest but they were content with it as it is for now. We do try to provide 4 bikes for each set of guests. In addition, through Xplorie, we provide one additional free bike each day at the guests request. The bikes we provide are often used by kids and left at Seaside. Sometimes other children will use our bikes to get home. It is a constant struggle but a service we hope to continue providing to our guests. In addition to the free bike each day, each guest also has access to free golf, paddle board and DVD's through our affiliation with Xplorie. We are glad you enjoyed the outside pool and fire pit. Just installed, the fire pit and beautiful landscape lights has become a favorite with our guests to relax by the pool in the evening.

We spent a lovely Memorial Day week at Point of View this May. The house met most of our expectations except it was actually a longer walk to the beach than we expected by its location because there was a fence that we could not get through so we had to walk 2 blocks out of our way to get access to the main road and the beach, . Also, the house was sold the week before we arrived and a new management company who never saw the house was used We are used to having rentals with some games, or beach toys or chairs, or movies. There was nothing like that. Not even a magazine listing restaurants and activities in the area. The prior owners must have emptied the home and the new owners never got to be thereWe had trouble getting the internet to work and kept leaving messages with the new management who finally called and said he'd never been to the house and never came.Luckily we had computer savvy guests who got us on line because there were guests who needed to work from the house. This was our first rental in seaside/seagrove so we didn't know what to expect. The location is great for walking to town. We didn't use our cars the whole week! Wonderful beach, good location, comfortable rooms, lots of steps up and down to street, bedrooms and upstairs living room. Slow but working elevator.

Thank you for the information provided regarding your stay. This was the first rental under our management following the sale of the home. In fact the closing took place with guests in the home. Sitting right on the boundary of Seaside, there is a fence along the drive separating it from another drive to other homes. It is very convenient to the Seaside community. The guest book for the home was taken when the property changed hands but a new guest book is in place. During your visit there were conversations with more than one guest and it is possible that all guests were not aware of other conversations regarding the wifi. All of the services had to be transferred at the same time and we did try hard to avoid a lapse in services. We sincerely hope the visit was enjoyable. From the overall experience, it seems that it was. We hope that you make it a tradition for your family and always let us know during your stay if there is anything that you need.
