This is the second winter we have stayed in Broadmoor 602 and can't say enough good things about it. The unit is very tastefully decorated and has very comfortable beds and furniture. We have already rebooked for winter 2016. The management as well as condo owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. We give it 5 *****

Best VRBO we've ever done. House was well equipped, plenty of tools in kitchen, recently renovated and plenty of room. I would rent again. If you enjoy golf course views, this one is great, with beautiful trees in the backyard between the home and golf course. Very quiet.

Property is spacious and nice! Excellent location. The only issues I’ve noticed is the sliding glass is off track and I couldnt Get the knob for the front right stove burner to turn. Parking is a little right for vans and suv’s But nothing we couldn’t handle. Other than this I’ve noticed nothing major. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends. It is a nice property with a beautiful view. We were disappointed that the outside fireplace did not work. We did call and report the problem but it was not fixed during our stay. Cleaning crew needs to clean the windows overlooking both views. There were a couple of cushions missing on the outside chairs. We would plan on staying here again if we return to this area. 4 stars not 5

Great location. Easy walk to the everything at Copper Mountain. Close to the American Eagle lift. Really liked the first floor location. Clean and convenient location. The property manager, Josh, was very nice and helpful. We would stay there again. Thanks!
