On last night, had to get up during night. When I turned on the bathroom light six or eight small roaches were on the floor of master bath, scattered when light on. Saw two on wall — One trying to crawl in electric outlet, the other into the pile of bath towels Also thought we heard mouse behind couch by balcony window never saw it could have been our imagination.

We were blown away by our recent stay! We brought 8 children (most of them teens). We had the perfect amount of space, TONS of room to store all the food and a short walk to the beach! We even called the rental agency since we wanted to cook spaghetti and there wasn't a big pot. They delivered a brand new one the next day. The definitely went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay!

Very clean house in a great location in Scottsdale. Visiting daughter at ASU. Had plenty of room to hang out. Kitchen is well-equipped and the heated pool is a great bonus. Check-in/out was clearly explained and not at all stressful. Great price and highly recommend this house and company.

This backyard was perfect for our dogs. They like to try to escape and they were fully fenced in and loved the backyard to play in. The house was clean and had every amenity we needed. The only thing I would suggest is bringing body wash because there is only soap. There are lots of humidifiers for the house, the kitchen is stocked with what you need, there are pods for coffee, plenty of towels.

Great place. Great upgrade. Kevin and the team worked very hard to make sure that our trip still happened after the tornado. Truly enjoying the location ! To give Kevin and his team a 5 star is an understatement ! They deserve more ! Thanks so much Kevin !
