This was pur 4th time at this cabin for the Mrs. and I, Everything was perfect as always, very clean, well kept. Absolutely beautiful sunsets and beautiful views. We just Absolutely adore this cabin, it is perfect for us in every way!!! Can't wait to be back for pur 5th time!!!!

The Park Avenue Sunflower is conveniently located 2 blocks from the main Park City ski slopes. This condo is perfect for 2 families traveling together. The condo is a bit out of date but very convenient. ITrip has been extremely responsive to any requests or questions. We even were able to pay a reasonable amount for a later checkout.

The property grounds were peaceful and beautiful. The unit was fine. It could have used some fresh carpet and paint, the master sink was clogged and the kitchen needed some basic items like pot holders. Had to use a towel to remove items from the oven.

The place was very lovely, just as pictured. So much space for our family. Condo was very clean. Easy to find, explanation of how to use codes and such were laid out clearly. Walking distance to the beach, shops, mini marts, food and even boat tours was so nice. I highly recommend these condos. We even saw dolphins in the bay one morning!

Great Vacation Rental!

We just returned from a family vacation. Captain’s Quarters was everything we expected. The home was beautifully decorated, had great access to the beach, pools, restaurants. Bedrooms in the home are large and all bathrooms have double sinks. The only downside was that there was only parking for 2 cars.
