Great rental property in the heart of Steamboat. 7 min drive to the free parking near gondola 5 min to town. House was spacious, clean w great views. Very well managed. Stocked w everything: coffee filters, shampoo, detergent, pooper scooper, grill, all appliances, hair dryer, Easy 15 min walk to town

Owner/ manager very accommodating & easy to work with! Loved not having to pick up & drop off keys! Lovely view. Nice listening to the trees rustling in the wind from master bedroom. Watched dolphins from the dock! Only downside was having to use restraint eating the key Lime pie so we could get ourselves up all those steps

Our second stay at Sweet Carolina and it was again perfect in every way ! Being able to bring my “girls” aka Minnie and Millie just makes it so much more enjoyable. We will be back, love this home , the 1st floor bedroom made it easy for my elderly mother to come along and enjoy a beach trip with us. Thanks Sweet Carolina, we will see you again!

It was a lovely stay , although it did rain almost the whole time we were down. Uncontrollably situation with the rain. I would suggest putting tvs in the bedrooms. Other then that the home is beautiful and functional. Would I book again. Absolutely 👍

Our family had a wonderful trip to Maui and the location and amenities of the condo made it even better! We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo, comfortable beds (including both pull out couch beds), access to beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards, and the AC after long days spent at the beach. Hope to visit again in the near future!
