The property is placed nicely relative to the beach.Road noise is a bit much during the day but at night it is low to none.There is a bit of hardwood floor noise when walking around but that is expected with any old property.I recommend the property for small modest family looking for a good beach stay.

We enjoyed a memorable week in Maui. The condo was close to all of the wonderful sites in Maui plus fun times in down town Lahina. We would highly recommend this location. This particular condo was located on the ground floor so no steps for my Mother in Law to climb and close to the parking lot.

We recently stayed at Chapel Square for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were vacationing with my sister and her family and it was nice to have a place to gather for meals. We enjoyed the space of the condo and had everything we needed for our family to feel at home. Thank you for providing a great service!

The condo is very nice. We enjoyed staying there and loved being on the lower level hearing the waves. Having to drive to get the key then drop it off after our stay is a little "old school" and was a bit of a hassle for us. Other than that the unit is very nicely appointed and we enjoyed it. I gave 5 stars because the unit is so nice.
