Perfect location & great for families

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and comfortable for a family of 6 with teenagers and adult children. The location was perfect for us as we took day trips to Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, and Sullivan’s Island. The beach was a short walk away and there were grocery stories and restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.!

Happy Hours is the perfect place to stay in Annapolis! The house is beautiful (especially loved relaxing on the back porch!) and the location is right downtown on a quiet street near the water. Everything was perfect, I lucked out in getting this place! Hope to return!

The condo was amazing! It was beautiful, clean and centrally located in town but it also was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay. We will be back! The owner was great and answered our phone call right away. We couldn't have asked for more! A+ !!

We had a great time at this wonderful IOP house. It has a great location — it feels secluded but it is easy walking distance to the main IOP area. Easy beach access. Beautiful home. Awesome communication. Can’t wait to come back!

We love this place!!!

This is the 3-4 time we have been back. Each time, it is perfectly set up for our group. 3 couples fit perfectly. Plenty of room to spread out. Heated parking spaces means no shoveling when you get hit with a foot of new powder. Hot tub is always fun after a long day on the slopes and only 3 minute walk to the bus stop where you can go straight to the slopes. Will be coming back for more. 10/10!
