The condo itself was very nice. It was not the newest condo, but it was very nice. The facility could have been cleaner and needs updating. I wish I had brought my own linens because the linens were pretty worn out. Overall, the view was terrific and everything was really nice. Had problems with the wifi because it was not the single user wifi that we thought it would be.

“Walk to Lido Beach at Kingston Arms” is a fabulous condo with a resort-like feel. Close to all restaurants, shops, and beaches. The condo is equipped with all essentials, and it’s locale is perfect for going everywhere on foot! With 500 feet, you’re at the center of the circle!

Steamboat Ski Trip - Overlook 102

Had a great townhouse rental at Overlook 102 for our 26th annual ski trip for large group of seniors. ITrip was very attentive to resolving any issues and their private shuttle service was always on time. Plenty of linens, towels and kitchenware with gas grill and hot tub. Also having an elevator to cover the three floor townhouse was essential. Thanks to the ITrip Staff and Management.

3rd visit to Pagosa Springs this year. This description of home and amenities was spot on. Others we stayed in, they offer certain amenities, but they don't work. Your management of simply sending a text, checking our stay is CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERIOR. I highly recommend HOME, house management to anyone.
