This is one of the nicest condos we have stayed in over the last 30 years of visiting the St. Pete/Madiera Beach area. It is clean, we'll equipped, and in am excellent location. I would book again but would like two condos next time.

Fantastic Beach Getaway

My wife, our dog Rooney, and I had a fantastic weekend getaway at this property that sits right on the Nestucca River. Its great for fishing, relaxing, going on beach walks, watching sunrises and sunsets, and enjoying a warm cup of coffee on both the upstairs and downstairs backyard porches. Will definitely be staying here again and recommending to friends and family.

My 4th year renting the top floor of this great beach house in Saint Augustine. Great location, impeccable condition with a management team that is very responsive. I would highly recommend it for a short stay or for a couple months like I do every March/April

This was our 2nd year booking with iTrip and as always, the stay was fantastic. This condo was exactly as described, with plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed cooking breakfast each morning, and then spending the days at the beach or by the pool. We walked to Johns Pass each evening for dinner and then returned to the beautiful beach for sunsets. A perfect vacation!!!

This house was amazing. Beautiful and stocked with everything needed plus some! We especially enjoyed all the books to read and games for the kids! The views were gorgeous. Two decks to sit outside. Had a few questions and Jason's response was immediate. Jason went out of his way to make sure our trip was perfect. Would highly recommend.
