Beautiful Home, Full Amenities, Easy Check In

Home is beautifully furnished and fully stocked with everything you need aside from personal items and food. Community is very quiet and conveniently located to the beach or historical St, Augustine. Check in was super easy, parking was no problem and beach access was a breeze. Beds and linens are comfortable and clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

It was a really good vacation. The beds could have been more comfortable but other than that I really had a good time. I had a problem with the chairs on the balcony but overall it was a really good place to stay

This place was just what was promised. In the past, I've shown up to places we've rented to find them dirty or not what the pictures look like. That was not the case here as this spot was very clean and the entire house has been updated. The backyard was great for the dog and the walk to the beach is super easy. Will definitely be back.

We had a great time at this wonderful IOP house. It has a great location — it feels secluded but it is easy walking distance to the main IOP area. Easy beach access. Beautiful home. Awesome communication. Can’t wait to come back!

Someplace Else

Someplace Else was indeed unique. A very rustic cottage where you can lay your head down on the pillow at night and really and truly hear the crashing of the surf outside you window. Everything worked, the ice maker, the AC, the stove, fan at stove, etc. We had a great, low key time and we would come to see you at Someplace Else again. Thank you!
