Once again we enjoyed our stay at this condo. However, when we inquired on booking again for next year we were greeted with yet another hugh increase in the rental fee. This is the second large jump in two years. While it is a nice condo, it does not warrant such a high rental charge. We are staying at a similar, but more reasonably priced condo in 2019.

Great place! Everything was just as described. It was quiet, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Wonderful open living area and kitchen and dining area with a large table. Everyone enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and screen porch. The entire property was fenced so our dog was able to relax outside with us all. We loved the privacy and all the amenities that the house and property offered.

I begged for an early arrival as we were flying in from out of town we waited in the area for 7 hours and the house was ready for us at 8am but they continued to say 4 pm is the best they could do. Just very inconsiderate when someone pays 1500 a night. Kitchen equipment needs to be updated the pans were awful you couldn’t cook a meal……. I would look into Amazon they have sets for 200.00

Everything was perfect and communicated properly. The view (even with construction) is beautiful and the team helped with any questions we had. Couldn’t ask for an easier check in and out process. I was incredibly nervous about the construction but if you think about the hurricane damage and the rebuilding of the area, then it’s truly humbling and tolerable. We will be back.
