A tiny issue and I got immediate phone attention and a in Person maintenance call within an hour. Location was accessible, house was vintage 1960s but we'll maintained. It served or six guests well.

The location in St. Augustine was great and the apartment was great for a little trip. The beds weren't the *most* comfortable, but we managed. As a warning, a bunch of the bars and restaurants close on Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays (sometimes without warning) and so we were a bit disappointed by that (although that had nothing to do with the apartment).

The townhome in kingdom park was outstanding. Close to the market and walking distance to bus stops and local coffee shop. Great for our children to have their own room and bathroom too. Definitely recommend this rental.

Great place, ocean right outside your lanai. Sea turtles everyday, nice beach, great swimming and snorkeling. The only drawback is that when the Tradewinds go down it gets pretty warm and humid in the unit at night.
