We loved the house! Beautifully decorated yet feels like home with all the amenities. Very spacious. The house is in a nice community with a great community pool. Close to Bethany and Northern OC beaches. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfectly clean, very well organized, close to Vail, Beaver Creek mountain, 2 minutes to town and City Market, Walmart etc. Everything expected to work in the house worked perfectly. having great weather , nice condo 1 small problem on arrival quickly remedied by I trip ,we have stayed at south shores II several times and will be back , a very nice place streetlights sidewalks for walking the dog ,great porch overlooking the ocean , clean nice beach .

Stayed at 3 kings for a summer getaway. The unit was as expected with plenty of room for the 4 of us and the condo was well stocked. I didn’t need to contact mgt company once during my stay except for some questions about closing the place up. Super close to the base of Park City and a little over a mile to Main St. We liked the central location and easy access to bus. Would stay again.
