We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very clean, spacious, and convenient to the strip. We were right in the middle of everything but back far enough that we heard none of the traffic or commotion. My children (ages 3 and 6 months) had more than enough room to play and the highchair already in the room was GREAT. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

Amazing Holiday Retreat

Our family recently stayed here for our family Christmas. The house was very spacious and well stocked: bikes, beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. We really enjoyed the pool area and we are looking forward to returning for our next family trip. Tammy and Neil were very attentive and answered any questions we had.

The condo at Folly was perfect for me. I was staying by myself and it allowed access to all the city going-ons just outside the front door. A block or two down was shore. It could accommodate a small family in the living quarters but would best be used as a base with most of your time spent out and around. By way of endorsement, I plan to stay there again next year if it's available.

We made ourselves right at home because this group at Robins Nest/ThePerch/Nest has that welcoming, established Charm. The 2b/2b clean accommodations with easy asses to covered boat slip was a treat. We'll be back to take a break & recharge again!

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! The communication from the manager was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Being across the street from the beach and hanging out at the pool were the highlights of our trip. Would definitely recommend!
