Wonderful stay

Wonderful location. The view from the back porch is heavenly. Added bonus: they provided a pet gate that allowed us to spend time on the back porch with our pets. Short walk to an uncrowded beach (which is a rarity in FL). Close to the historical district with much to see and do. This vacation spot HAS IT ALL!

My family and I had so much fun. The employees were very nice and the rooms were clean. Very convient with bar, pool and plenty of places to eat at in walking distance. Would advise anyone to drive off the island to walmart instead of going to publicks for the food prices are double of what you would pay at walmart

This was our second stay in the beautiful Emerald Winds property! It seemed as though several upgrades had been made to outside furniture, as well as decking. We loved staying here and having a true oceanfront view and experience- literally steps to the beach! The Christmas decorations outside were an added bonus. Thanks again for letting us rent this beautiful home!

I was looking for a nice place to stay for the weekend and I found the paradise I did not want to say goodbye to St Agustine neither to the house My family loved this house,EVERYTHING was perfect, it exceed our needs and we saved a lot of Money, the beach is across the street, publix just a few blocks from the house,3 parkings spot laundry,well equipped kitchen ,3 comfortable bedrooms

Dahlia cottage is darling, and the location is the best! Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We spent 5 days in the home while dropping our daughter off at college and enjoying all the area has to offer. The home is super clean and well maintained. Scott, the property manager, is very attentive and helpful! I definitely will be booking again with itrip vacations.
