Lovely and convenient place

We have been enjoying our stay here. It is very close to historic St. Augustine, an short walk will take you there. It is an easy drive to different beaches and state parks. The property is clean and nicely decorated, it has everything we need. Clear communication and prompt response to questions from the hosts, which is a plus.

I'm late getting my review up. This was a super nice condo in a nice, but not spectacular, building. Nice furnishings, great view, convenient location. A real value for the money. I highly recommend it. I hope to come back.

Wonderful place! It was just perfect for the two of us, very clean & comfortable. Easy walking distance to really anywhere in Idaho Springs. We felt so secure with all the Covid & would definitely be back again. Thank you!

We had an excellent stay at Avon property! The property was well maintained. The house was in a beautiful location and had enough space to accommodate our group. We had some issue with hot water which was fixed immediately after one call to the property manager. Overall, an excellent stay!
