I couldn't believe the cleanliness of the condo. Everything was spotless! I will be recommending this unit to family and friends. Location was close enough to Flora-Bama to walk via beach or street, beach was clean, chair guy was friendly. 11/10 weekend for us!

This was our 3rd time staying at Sunrise Terrace and we book our 4th stay next June! The home is always clean and comfortable! Great location with amazing views! The ITrip Vacations management have been professional and easy to communicate with. I cannot wait until our next stay at Sunrise Terrace!

We had a great stay in Treasure Island. The room was exactly like the pictures. Host was terrific and answered all our questions very quickly. The resort was down an elevator and we were sometimes inconvenienced. Not our host fault by all means. I wish the patio had more comfortable chairs to sit in and enjoy the magnificent views.

Everything was perfect - the beach so convenient and gorgeous, the food so delicious, the house perfectly appointed, the hospitality amazing but the time spent with work friends that have become like family was the best part of all! This home is perfect. Perfect location. Nice private pool area. It's loaded with everything you need for starting right at the home or going to the minute, which is literally a 7 minute away to the actual water. The staff are quick to respond and help in anyway. It's just perfecf
