The apartment was beautiful, it had all of the amenities you could ask for plus more, it was comfortable. The overall property is very nice and comfortable and well located. The stay would be recommended to anyone.

Easiest, quickest check-in ever!!!! I think the entire process lasted less than 45 seconds! So relieving, especially after driving 14 hours and ready to rest in our beach house!!! Thank you sooooo much!

Having stayed in 7 different units in Rancho Mirage over the years, 38 Durango was definitely the best. The condition of the unit (updated in the past few years), linens, kitchen supplies, patio set up with large outdoor eating table, efficient barbeque, and seating area with gas pit made this unit so convenient for indoor /outdoor living. The view!!!

Madeira Bay Resort

We have stayed at the Madeira Bay Resort for the past five years. Unit 305 is very nice, with a great view of the coastal waters. Sara at the front desk is beyond helpful, a real sweetheart. You are right across the street from the gulf and next door to John’s Pass, with free outdoor music everyday. The Mad Beach Fish House is next to the condo also, with great fish and shrimp. The house is very clean, easy to access and the layout is great. We prefer to cook our own meals and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed: all the pans, utensils and dishes were crystal clean when we arrived and ready to use. There was no dust around the house. We are already talking about coming back. We highly recommend this home.
