It’s a beautifully decorated house with all modern appliances. The view is spectacular. The communication with the property manager is excellent. We rented this place for a country retreat and look forward to renting it again when my family visits in town.

We just finished out stay at this modern townhouse. The location was great for us - easy to get to where we wanted to go. The house was clean with comfortable beds. Our only recommendation would be to update the kitchen stock. Only 2 dishwasher detergents were supplied, very little dish soap, no tea pot, measuring cups - pretty basic supplies. But, otherwise, nice visit.

The cottage was lovely, exactly as pictured. It was comfortable, clean and well decorated. There is a 20 minute drive into town but we live out of town and are used to that. The Fort Morgan beach was perfect for us so we only went into town for supplies and a little mini golf at Pirate's Cove.

We came primarily for the ski in/out feature. We were very pleased with the services. One word of caution, it is necessary to get an "owner's" pass to access discounts and services, and this was not made clear at the time of rental, nor was it obvious until the time of having to take the required "time share tour".

First time using Airbnb & had a wonderful experience! Thank you, David, for a beautiful home with a beautiful view & great amenities. Anything you need for a beach vacation with family! Can’t wait to come back! Wish the weather would have cooperated more to enjoy the beautiful beach, but indeed it was a great little family vacay! Thank you again!
