We had a great time staying at L203. The condo is a perfect space for one couple and nicely decorated without being overdone. The one downside we found was the plastic covered mattress. It was so uncomfortably hot that we cut our stay short and left Saturday afternoon rather than Sunday morning. The view is spectacular, the pool is well kept and the elevator is a big plus.

Great place for a great weekend

My wife & our friends came to Florida for Rockville & stayed here for the weekend. We had an amazing time, the place was very nice, homey & clean. Had a great open space for everyone to hang out inside & in the backyard. Super comfortable couch & a great location. So glad we had the pleasure of staying here! Excellent start to our summer. A time we will never forget.

The house was exactly as advertised. Great space for families that’s open enough to enjoy time together in the main rooms but separate enough to have some privacy when desired. Walking distance to Park City lifts and downtown. Would return again.

We really enjoyed staying at the Sea Hab. It was extremely clean and comfortable. Everything that you needed was there. Very close to the beach and they even had beach chairs and an umbrella that could be used. The management company was in contact with me throughout our stay to make sure that everything was satisfactory. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

If you're looking for something that is a VERY small walk down to the beach, this is the place for you! We are a family of 5 and fit very comfortably in the Condo. We wanted a place with a Pool so that we could all swim together. Condo has an excellent size pool and small 1ft kiddie pool as well. We love the area, not touristy at all. Very nice, VERY Relaxing!
