This is a special little place with lots of vintage touches. It was very clean and updated perfectly. Very close to everything downtown within walking distance and convenient to local area sightseeing. We really enjoyed our time here!

While we have only been here a few days we are finding Steamboat beautiful. The house is well located and is meeting our needs. However like all online rentals your online pictures embellish quite a bit. I do find it interesting that you gave a 5 star rating which I couldnt alter. I would have rated it a strong 3

My husband and I brought our 13 year old son here to stay for a week. It was quiet, it was convenient, and just the right size for the three of us. We had no issues, problems, or concerns -- never had to contact anyone. We would return if the opportunity arises...

We have had a great stay at 1 Fletcher. The house was spotless and communication was quick and easy. The best aspect of this home is it's location. It is walking distance to historic downtown and all major attractions. It felt like it was also in a safe neighborhood. We would recommend to others!
