Book this house! It is great for a big group with amazing open communal space and plenty of plates/forks/kitchen supplies to keep a large group fed and happy. Hosts were excellent communicators and very welcoming. And when they say across the street from the beach, it is quite literally true. 10/10 would book again.

Great place to stay for Sundance. Right next to bus stop for Main Street and walkable to Yarrow/Double Tree, Holiday Village, and others. iTrip was verycomunicative and understanding of last minute-changes. We will definitely book in the future!

Our 3 night in this 2BR villa was nearly perfect. We’ve rented over 15 Kiawah homes/villas and this one checked all the boxes….location, views, cleanliness, and decor. Only complaints are both cheap/easy fixes: upgrade the toilet paper and provide coffee filters (this one was a first for us). Otherwise, this rental was about as good as it gets on KI for a family of 3-4.

My husband and I had a fantastic time. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that you needed. The beach ⛱ was to a walking distance and private. We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary and we recommend this place. Alba and Orlando.

Such an amazing house with an amazing view! The house is less than a minute from the beach and has an amazing front porch to sit on and watch the sunset. Just a short walk and you are in downtown folly, would recommend to anyone
