This home is beautiful. We love the location and the pool, jacuzzi were perfect! Our only complaint would be with the mattresses. Not really a mattress, more like a futon pad. A good night sleep was difficult and it was the same pad in every room. I am hoping they’ll be upgraded because we’d love to return to this home.

Home is beautifully furnished and fully stocked with everything you need aside from personal items and food. Community is very quiet and conveniently located to the beach or historical St, Augustine. Check in was super easy, parking was no problem and beach access was a breeze. Beds and linens are comfortable and clean. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic condo. Well designed and furnished. Great views from all rooms. Been booking at Hampton place for years. 5307 has to be the best unit we have ever stayed. Great location in walking distance of the beach. House was very clean and provided enough supplies for our stay. We enjoyed the screened in porch and got to observe all the great wildlife including an alligator. Relaxing and much needed break for a family of four.
