PET FRIENDLY-two dogs (maximum weight is 50 lbs) will be allowed in this home. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know and there will be a $150/dog, non-refundable cleaning fee added to your stay. If any additional cleaning is needed, this will be billed to your credit card.

Round House Retreat on the Bay is a four-bedroom, four-bath (one bathroom is located downstairs) home located 7.4 miles down the beautiful, peaceful Ft. Morgan peninsula with a large wrap-around balcony overlooking the Bay. A brand new pier and boat slip are outside your door!

• Large covered area under the house is perfect for family gatherings

• Access to the balcony is from the living room, dining area, and one bedroom

• Hardwood floors are in the main living areas and luxury vinyl plank flooring is in the bedrooms

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining table has seating for six and there are three bar stools for additional seating.

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the home

• Home is equipped with Smart TVs ready to use with your own Netflix, Hulu, and other entertainment accounts that you may have (there is no cable or satellite.)

• The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and twin bunk beds

• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed (must walk through another bedroom to get to this room.)

• The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and a twin daybed with a trundle.

• The home is pet friendly allowing two dogs under 50 pounds

• Grill(charcoal) and custom-built picnic table

• Full-size bathroom located under the home

• Corn-hole set, horseshoes, and fire pit are also provided for your enjoyment

• Parking for 4 cars available

Guests will receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. You may go to every activity, every day and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free) and then golf at lunch (one person is free) and then the zoo that afternoon (one person is free.) Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free) and your husband can go play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of the activities every day and one of your party is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.
