Pretty comfortable I would say. Nice little spacious 2 bedroom. Walking to the beach really isn’t far at all, close to everything. Had a great stay. Also, host is very responsive, and super understanding, overall, a great guy.

We had an excellent stay in this condo. Very clean, spacious, and convenient to the strip. We were right in the middle of everything but back far enough that we heard none of the traffic or commotion. My children (ages 3 and 6 months) had more than enough room to play and the highchair already in the room was GREAT. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

Visiting St Augustine

We spent a day and a half visiting the area. It was very nice to have this place to relax and unwind after walking around monuments and shopping. The view of the river area was beautiful, especially when the sun came up! Our place was very clean and comfortable. Located in a convenient area for what we wanted to do. Owners were very quick to respond to our questions.

Great house, just as pictured. Very safe and convenient location. Super clean, quiet and relaxing. Plenty of towels and fresh linens, soap and other necessities. Even had some gold clubs in the garage, was able to sneak in a round. We will rent again if back in town.

Stayed here with my family and it was fantastic. Very clean and up to date. Big enough kitchen with room for everyone to sit at table. Good sized bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Only thing we didn’t have was an iron and the very nice property manager dropped it off ASAP. Only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach.
