Martinez is the owner and CEO of the company, and Monica, his mother, is the Director of Operations & Guest Services. As a dynamic mother-son duo, the leaders behind iTrip Charlotte combine decades of experience in sales, management, and operations to deliver unmatched efficiency, personalized service, and exceptional results for both homeowners and guests.

Martinez has years of experience in real estate sales, investing, and building strong referral partnerships within the Charlotte real estate community.

Monica has 20+ years in the service industry, managing multiple restaurant locations and building out operations and teams in the service industry.

Together, they run the daily operations for iTrip Charlotte. Their goal is to make every homeowner and guest feel like part of their family!
