Welcome to the Treasure Coast Getaway, a 3 Bedroom, Split Level Townhouse in the gated resort style community of Castle Pines in PGA Village of Port St. Lucie. The 35 acre golfers paradise of PGA Village boasts world class technology, with a Learning Center, practice range, putting green, golf shop and a restaurant! Visit the PGA Golf Club for info on Public greens fees.

The Treasure Coast Getaway is situated in Port St Lucie West, where not only professional golfers from around the world come to play and train, but where it is also the spring training home of the New York Mets at Clover Park Baseball Stadium, just a few minutes from the townhouse. The area also offers many local nearby shopping plazas and dining options to choose from. 20-30 minutes away, you will also find Parks, Sport Fishing, Boating, Kayaking and Port St Lucie boasts easy access to some of the most stunning beaches on the Treasure Coast, including the many beaches on famous nearby Hutchinson Island.

Enjoy the gorgeous backyard lake views from the Treasure Coast Getaway. The west facing lower screened in patio and the upper 20 foot long balcony offer stunning sunsets over the backdrop of the championsip golf course and lake. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room and master bedroom are on the top floor, while the 2 guest bedrooms, office space and laundry room, with full size washing machine and dryer, are on the lower level. The resort style community pool and hot tub are a short 2 minute walk away, at the end of the street. I-95 is less than 2 minutes away, making it a great central location to all of the area attractions.

We will consider a small pet. Please ask us before booking. A Pet fee will apply if accepted.

This property is cleaned and sanitized in accordance with CDC guidelines. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority. All high touch point surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected prior to your arrival. A 24 hour turnaround time will be implemented between guest stays to protect our guests.

We provide a starter set of supplies, with an initial travel size supply of shampoo, bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, coffee, towels and toilet paper. Should this not be enough for your entire stay, you may need to purchase additional supplies. You are also always welcome to use the on site washing machine and dryer during your stay.

 RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
  2. Balance is due 30 days in advance.
  3. Cancellation fee is $100. Full refund more than 30 days out.  50% refund more than 14 days out.
  4. No grills or open flames except outside on ground level.
  5. Pets are not allowed on premises unless approved prior to booking (fees apply).
  6. Parties and events are Prohibited. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 6 people.
  7. Please respect our neighbors and reduce noise after sunset
  8. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the property..
  9. Please leave all windows closed and locked. 
  10. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
  11. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles. Please place trash bins in front of house for pickup on scheduled pick up days.
  12. Close all blinds in all rooms upon checkout.
  13. Furnishings are not to be moved or removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  14. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Florida or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits
  15. Please do not wash white linens or towels with any colored items.
  16. Security Cameras and Noise Aware monitors are there to protect you and the property, please do not move or unplug them. (There are no cameras inside and the noise monitors measure loudness but do not record or capture sound) 
  17. Use the pool at your own risk.  Children must have adult supervision at all times. (For properties that have a pool)

I loved that it was in a gated community with 24/7 security to the neighborhood. The Villa was very nice with lots of space and very clean. We had a small hiccup with the AC but the owners were very responsive and came to address the issue within 15 minutes- he was very professional even when we called him at 10pm. 2 things i wish i would of known: 1) the phone number for itrip in all the emails to contact the owners does not work for text messaging 2) i think the key fobs for the pool are the little circle discs on the entry hook but there was nothing hanging on the “pool” hook so I wasn’t sure what was needed to get into the pool. Overall a great experience.

Great vacation getaway!

We enjoyed our family vacation in this very comfortable, clean and spacious condo. The sunset views are beautiful from the upper balcony Everything we needed was there. The community pool is a 2 min walk from the condo and it is large, clean, lots of chairs and family friendly. We would stay here again.
