- Please NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS, OR BANDS ARE ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!

Frequently Asked Questions


  1. Tenant and guests agree to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant and guests found the premises to be upon check-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping. Towels should be placed in the bathroom on the floor.
  2. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
  3. Close and lock all windows and close all blinds in all rooms
  4. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 12 people, not including a child in a crib.
  5. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  6. "No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises.
  7. Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
  8. Parking is provided and details are included in the check-in instructions. If the property provides parking passes and they are lost or not returned, a $50 charge per pass will result (cost of replacement of the pass). 
  9. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
  10. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Massachusetts, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Massachusetts or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.

We enjoyed a multigenerational stay at this lovely home by the Whitehorse beach. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Large dining table to gather around. Plenty of space for everyone. The home was clean and well stocked with linens. Easy walk to the beach. Some rocks but plenty of sand. Best sea glass ever! We even found a sea marble. Jim was the best property manager we have ever worked with. He was very attentive and responsive.

Thoroughly enjoyed my vacation at captains quarters. Great for large families good location easy walk to the beach. Great backyard for cookouts and grilling. Great decks especially upper deck with views of the ocean . plenty of parking rock the forecast plus was nice having parking passes to park close to the beach. Easy walk up the street to playground at elementary school for a younger children. Thanks to jim and Jessica of itrip for all the help.

We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating and helpful! The place was clean with plenty of space. It had a great location within walking distance to the beach. I highly recommend!
