THE SPACE
The open main floor flows from living room to dining room to gourmet kitchen without a single wasted inch. The living room is anchored by an oversized sectional, wall-mounted flat screen with surround sound, and a glass-door cabinet stocked with board games and puzzles. French doors open to the enclosed bonus room — part sunroom, part office, with a futon that converts for a child or young teen. Original staircase spindles, dark wood millwork, and hardwood floors throughout remind you this home has a century of soul.
The dining room is made for evenings that run long. A glass-top table with painted blue Queen Anne chairs seats the group in style, anchored by an original fireplace surround and a framed Café Arabica print that sets the room's whole vibe. The brass bar cart is ready before you've unpacked.
The gourmet kitchen means business. Dark cabinetry, butcher block island, stone countertops, a commercial Rangemaster gas range with pot filler, KitchenAid mixer, Keurig station, wall wine rack, and a full suite of stainless appliances. This is the kitchen you actually cook in.
THE BEDROOMS
Level 2 — Primary Suite: King bed with a custom upholstered headboard, antique lamps, original dark wood doors, and direct access to the clawfoot bath. Quiet, warm, full of character.
Level 3 — The Attic Suite: The most distinctive room in the house. Soaring vaulted ceilings, king bed, its own mini-split climate control, and a generous walk-in closet dormer where the Pack 'n Play lives for families with infants. Completely private at the top of the house with its own marble en-suite.
THE BATHROOMS
Four bathrooms across three floors. Nobody waits.
The Clawfoot Bath (Level 2, Primary En-Suite) — A cobalt blue clawfoot soaking tub in a classic beadboard bathroom with a vessel sink on an antique carved vanity and a bamboo tub caddy. Take your time.
The Skylight Shower (Level 3, Attic En-Suite) — Floor-to-ceiling marble tile, glass door, and a natural skylight overhead. One of the best showers you'll find in any rental.
Level 2 Hall Bath — Large-format tile walk-in shower, modern vanity, fresh linens. Solid and well-appointed for guests on any floor.
The Harry Potter Potty (Level 1 Half Bath) — Tucked under the grand staircase: terracotta walls, Moroccan tile, marble vanity, angled ceiling. Tiny, magical, and every guest will mention it.
THE GAME ROOM
The basement game room runs on exposed stone walls and full-time foosball energy. Flat screen TV, barn door media console, and the kind of space where kids claim territory for the whole trip.
OUTDOOR
A covered back deck with string lights, ceiling fan, hanging rope chair, gas grill, and patio dining. Plus a fenced backyard with a fire pit. The place you'll end up every evening.
THE EXTRAS
Full-size washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board. Keypad entry. High-speed WiFi throughout.
