We loved our stay. Would stay again prefect location. Beautiful inside and the beach was great. The only thing I would recommend and there very little at a couple more pillows on the beds. Have a few of basic spices, kitchen trash bags dish towels and bath towels. Paper products toilet paper ext. we have stayed with VRBO for years and have always loved it.

This rental unit, Stairway to Heaven, as they call it was perfectly located in Pagosa Springs. Easy access to shopping, the hot springs, the San Juan river. It is a warm and cozy condo that has everything our family needed to enjoy the stay. I would highly recommend this unit to family and friends. We plan to return in the summer for other outdoor activities.

GREAT LOCATION, WALK TO EVERYTHING. CUTE HOUSE. THE ONLY THING I COULD THINK OF WAS, IF YOU ARE TALL THE BEDS ARE TOO SMALL. HUSBAND'S FEET HUNG OVER (HA HA). YOU MIGHT WANT TO GET NEW MATTRESS. OTHERWISE I WOULD GIVE THIS A 5 STAR. HOUSE IS A GREAT SPOT TO WATCH HOW PEOPLE DRIVE. (VERY ENTERTAINING)

This location was a perfect match for us and our 5 kids. Located close to the Cabriolet made getting to the base of the mountain quite simple. Everything was as expected. Has requested additional seats at dining room table but had to bring chairs in from the porch for the extra people.

When I booked this location I did so because of the great rate for 3 separate bedrooms. Wow! We were so happy with our location. The kitchen, and bathrooms were excellent. Close walk to town and where our friends were staying added to it. The ease of the process made it ever better. Hands down one of the best locations I have stayed.
