NO HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
Candle burning is not permitted in the home. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Ensure you turn off all gas for BBQ Grill and Fire Table
 FAMILY RENTAL ONLY
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age! 
 UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or internet (Wi-Fi) service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
 NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Your damage deposit will be forfeited and you will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.
 RULES AND REGULATIONS
  1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
  2. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
  3. The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 10 people, not including a child in a crib.
  4. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
  5. "No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises.
  6. Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
  7. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (25).
  8. Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Arizona, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Arizona or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
POOL & PATIO
Tenant hereby acknowledges that the premises they have reserved includes a pool and the undersigned agrees and acknowledges that the  pool and patio/deck can be dangerous areas, that the deck/patio can be slippery when wet, and that injury may occur to anyone who is not careful. With full knowledge of the above facts and warnings, the undersigned Tenant accepts and assumes all risks involved to Tenant and all of Tenant's guests in or related to the use of the pool and patio areas.
 
PARKING
No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
Please remember that you are renting a private home. Please treat it with the same respect you would like shown in your own home.

The home in Cambridge fit our needs perfectly. Book this house especially if you are traveling with older kids. The Casita gave them privacy but close enough to the rest of the house. Location was central for our needs - very close to Phoenix Convention Center. We have 2 more trips coming up in the next 6 months and will be booking Cambridge again.

Our two families (8 total) really enjoyed this house and it's location. The house is not big but it felt spacious enough for everyone to have their own space. the backyard is so great!

Phoenix Oasis

Our family group of 5 adults and two children had a great stay in Phoenix at this property. My son qualified for National Speech and Debate in student congress, which was held at the Convention Center. It was an easy, 10 minute drive from the house to the convention center to watch him compete. The house was also centrally located for driving to various fun outings around the city. Most attractions were a 20-25 minutes drive. The setup of having two separate houses on one property worked out amazingly well for our two families. The larger house was comfortable and well-stocked. The casita was perfect for one couple to stay in and offered extra privacy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The outside area in the backyard was perfect for all of us to utilize. The pool was clean and a good size for our family. Some of the pool toys had holes in them but were still mostly usable. The kids didn't mind. We loved lounging in the comfortable chairs and hammock in the shade throughout the day. The girls loved the sand toys in the garage and played in the sand for hours. The only problem with the property that I noticed was in the casita. The bathroom sink leaked around the faucet and handles when the water was on. It was a small leak and went into the sink. Not a big deal for us. Overall, we loved this property and would stay here again if the opportunity to visit Phoenix arose again!

Decent place in Phoenix

we stayed at this home for 4 days with 4 adults in March. Overall, it was a good place - the beds are comfortable and the home is well-equipped in the kitchen. There is a pool (not heated, so we didn't use it as it was too cold), and a hot tub which we did use. Both were clean (in fact, the pool guy came while we were there to clean both) and in good condition. If you are someone who expects a place to look brand new and perfect, this house is not for you. It has definitely been 'lived in' and some of the things are worn (outdoor rugs, sofas in the living room) and could be replaced. But overall, it was clean and comfortable and served our purposes.

Perfect for our family group

This house with its separate casita was perfect for our family group of 5 adults. One couple took the bedroom in the casita, and the other 3 adults stayed in the house. The living area is plenty big enough for a large group to sit together. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware, and there are nice touches such as a spice rack, aluminum foil and a few storage containers. The office/sun room area has another bed and a roll-away cot that would work for the kids in the family. We enjoyed the hot tub, but, unfortunately it was too cold in early March to take advantage of the beautiful pool. Very nice appliances. Quiet neighborhood but close to main streets, easy access to the ballparks and other tourist sites. The management was very responsive.

Cute house close to Tempe ASU campus

House was cutely decorated and perfect for our multi-generation family. Outside was great with all of the seating. Property manager was very responsive when contacted. One thing to note, due to the wind the filter in the pool could not keep up so unfortunately we only used 2 days. Only disappointment is the hot tub did not work.

Thank you so much for staying with us! I appreciate your feedback on the pool and spa. We do provide weekly pool service to ensure the pool stays in top condition. One great feature of our property is it has lots of green vegetation to make our oasis in the desert. That does mean that during flowering season the wind often blows flowers into the pool and they do have to be manually scooped out with the provided skimmer basket. We make every effort to skim to pool ahead of our guests arrival. The spa is a new addition that we are still fine tuning. My apologies for it not being quite ready yet. We are correcting the issue to ensure it is up and running for the next guest. Thank you again for staying.
