PETS ALLOWED
Pet are allowed at the property, there is a Pet Fee that is paid before check in. If there is additional clean after checkout from your Pet you will be charged an EXTRA FEE.
COMMUNITY GRILLING AREA
Enjoy the community grilling area, which is shared among all five rentals. To ensure it remains inviting for everyone, please make sure to clean up after yourself, so the next guests can use the area.
HAZARDOUS PRACTICES
Candle burning is not permitted in the home. Do not dismantle smoke detectors as they are there for your protection. Ensure you turn off all gas for BBQ Grill
FAMILY RENTAL ONLY
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 21 (twenty-one) years of age!
UTILITIES
No compensation will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or internet (Wi-Fi) service. Outages will be reported immediately and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
NONSMOKING UNIT
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit. You will incur an additional charge for carpet cleaning and deodorizing if any evidence of smoking is found.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected. Beds should be stripped of linens and placed in a pile in each bedroom for housekeeping.
- All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises and placed in outside receptacles.
- The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed 4 people, not including a child in a crib.
- Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.
- Pets are allowed on premises with a Pet Fee paid before check in. Service animals must be disclosed with proper documentation. You will also clean up after your Pet. If there is additional clean after checkout from your Pet you will be charged an EXTRA FEE.
- Smoking is not allowed in the unit.
- Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of twenty-five (21).
- Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Arizona, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of Arizona or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and security/damage deposits.
Private parking and additional free street parking available.
No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs.
