This condo complex is on the east end of Perdido Key, across the street from the Villagio town complex. Enjoy direct views of the sugar white sand and gulf waters from your private beach front balcony!

This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. The living area has a 3 comfortable sofas/loveseats and one lounge chair, wall mounted TV, and access to the beachfront balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico! Sliding glass doors open to the covered balcony and outdoor rocking chairs, lounge chairs and tables. Have your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the private balcony. Don’t be surprised when you see dolphins swimming and frolicking in the gulf waters below!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have a blender, crockpot, toaster, electric can opener, toaster oven, drip coffee maker and Keurig for you to use during your vacation. There are granite countertops and updated stainless steel appliances. The full-size washer and dryer are also in the kitchen area. Next to the kitchen is the dining area that will seat 8 along with a breakfast bar that can seat 4..

There are two bedrooms with en-suites. One has floor to ceiling windows with amazing gulf views, two queen beds, bedside table with a lamps, dresser, wall-mounted TV, and curtains. The bath includes a walk-in shower, jetted tub and sink vanity. The second bedroom with en-suite bathroom includes a king bed, nightstands with lamps, a dresser and flat screen tv, the guest bathroom includes a combo tub/shower. The third guest bedroom has a full bed and view of the gulf and balcony access. The fourth guest bedroom has full over full bunks. The third bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Bringing small children to the beach? We have you covered with a Pack and Play, high chair and booster seat.

This unit includes access to all the amenities offered at Perdido Sun. The common areas have been totally updated, and include large indoor pool and outdoor pool, a large hot tub, fitness center, lawn area with seating and BBQ grills, and two boardwalks that lead over the dunes to over 200 feet of white sandy beachfront and glistening emerald waters! Perdido Sun is within walking distance to unique shops, restaurants and bars.

This condo complex allows two cars, you will receive one parking pass for the main lot and if a second parking pass is needed it will be issued for the overflow lot.
