This Perdido Key two-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse has everything you need for your next family beach get-away! You are just minutes away from Johnson Beach (Gulf Islands National Seashore) and Perdido Key Public Beach access. In the heart of Perdido Key, it is convenient to local restaurants, grocery stores and shops. A bright spacious living area greets you when you walk in the front door. The living area features a queen sofa sleeper, comfortable chairs and a dining table, along with a flat screen smart tv. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and modern appliances. You will have everything you need to cook delicious meals during your stay. There is also a powder room on this level for your convenience.

We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). When you are ready to retire after a day at the beach, there are 2 bedrooms on the upper level of the townhouse. The master bedroom has a king bed, comfortable bedding, night stands with lamps and access to an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has a bunk combo featuring a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on top. The guest bedroom also has a flat screen smart tv and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On the ground level, you will have access to a full size washer and dryer. There is also a gas BBQ grill and fire pit for you to enjoy in the back yard.

House Rules

Minimum age to rent is 25. Reservations for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without an accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age. No smoking/no pets. Be respectful of the townhouse and contents - it is someone's home. Respect your neighbors. No parties, events or smoking of any kind.
