This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key and Soldiers Creek Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) and then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) and then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) and then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day and one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. The main living space is located on the first floor, along with a guest bedroom with queen bed and tv. This bedroom has access to the full bathroom in the hall. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making delicious meals, and beach snacks. It's complete with all stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, range and refrigerator. For the cooks in your group small appliances include coffeemakers, toaster oven with airfryer, crockpot and small food processor. Enjoy your morning coffee or happy hour on the private balcony, which is equipped with comfortable patio furniture and offers great nature views. You and your friends can also unwind in the living room–gather around the flat screen Smart TV with streaming services and enjoy a thrilling evening at home!

The second floor hosts the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms–each bedroom has its own en-suite full bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed with comfortable bedding, flat screen tv w/Roku streaming services, ceiling fan and dresser. There is a seating area as well. The primary en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and large walk-in shower featuring dual shower heads.

On this level one guest bedroom has a king bed, comfortable bedding, ceiling fan dresser and tv w/Roku streaming services. The other guest bedroom on the second floor has two bunks, each bunk features two extra long twin mattresses for a total of 4 extra long twin beds. This bedroom also includes a flat screen tv w/Roku streaming services. Both of these guest bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers with hand held shower units available.

This villa is part of the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club in Perdido Key, a desirable private community that's also home to an 18-hole Arnold Palmer golf course and part of our Free Fun program. Walk to the private beach club on the Gulf of America, where you can swim, fish, and enjoy Perdido Key's only Tiki bar on the beach. Additional on-site amenities include two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, a pro shop, two restaurants, five miles of walking paths and complimentary shuttle service. This home is also less than 13 miles from Naval Air Station Pensacola, home of the world-famous Blue Angels!
