The main living space is located on the first floor, along with a guest bedroom with queen bed, and a full bath. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for making delicious meals, keeping drinks cold, and making fun beach snacks. It's complete with all stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher, a regular coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, and blender. Brew a cup of coffee and enjoy sitting on the private balcony, which is equipped with comfortable patio furniture and offers great vistas. You and your friends can also unwind in the living room–gather around the flat screen Smart TV with streaming services and enjoy a entertaining evening at home! There are also family board games and cards, toys/books for your family to enjoy.

The second floor hosts the rest of the bedrooms and bathrooms–each bedroom has its own en-suite full bath and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, night stands, dresser and a sitting area. One guest room also has a king bed and nightstands. The remaining guest bedroom has a set of twin bunks and a pull out twin trundle bed. If you are traveling with small children this unit also has a pack and play and baby monitor. There are adult and kids bikes, corn hole game, along with a variety of beach toys and wagon in the garage available for your use. This villa is part of the Lost Key Golf and Beach Club in Perdido Key, a desirable private community that's also home to an 18-hole Arnold Palmer golf course. Walk to the private beach club on the Gulf of Mexico, where you can swim, fish, and enjoy Perdido Key's only Tiki bar on the beach. Additional on-site amenities include two swimming pools, a fitness center, tennis courts, a pro shop, two restaurants, and five miles of walking paths.
