Layout & Sleeping
The 1,160-square-foot residence sleeps five across two king suites and a built-in Twin XL loft.
The primary suite has a king bed, gas fireplace, television, and private bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.
The second suite has a king bed with the Twin XL loft above it, plus a gas fireplace, television, desk, and private bathroom with tub-shower combination.
A hallway powder room serves the common area. The condominium is entirely single level with no interior stairs. Elevators are available.

Canyons Village Ski Access & Location
Blackstone Residences sits in the Lower Village of Canyons Village beside the Canyons Golf Course, about one mile from the Canyons Village base.
This is not ski-in/ski-out and not a walk-to-lift property. In winter, complimentary Canyons Village Connect, requested through the app, runs to the base area where Red Pine Gondola and Orange Bubble Express serve Park City Mountain. Dedicated Blackstone ski lockers keep gear out of the residence.
The Canyons Village Skyway is scheduled to open for the 2026–27 winter season, replacing the retired Cabriolet with an enclosed gondola linking the Transit Hub and base area.
Kimball Junction is about five minutes by car, Historic Main Street about fifteen, Deer Valley Resort about twenty, and Salt Lake City International Airport about forty.
