The management company was very easy to work with and they were very accommodating when our travel plans shifted due to missed flights. They accommodated us an extra night at a discounted rate. They were easy to communicate with via text which was super helpful. The condo was as described. We loved the onsite ski valet and the great location within the village.

Hello...we stayed at this condo in Park City and had a great time. Sundial Lodge and this particular unit are not for you if you are looking for luxury. However, if you are looking for a good value VERY close to everything then I would highly recommend Sundial Lodge. This unit had everything we needed. Convenient equipment storage in lobby, right next to slopes, close to shopping and restaurants. Its a great place for couples or families that understand the mission...have fun and enjoy the slopes. You can find more upscale lodging next door for 3x the price. My family enjoys luxury hotels and resorts on vacations where we spend a good deal of time in the room. On this type of vacation we go downstairs at 8. Hit the slopes from 9-4. Come to room to change to go for dinner/drinks (normally downtown). Arrive back at room at 10pm and crash. Sundial lodge is perfect for this type of vacation.

Had the opportunity for a last minute ski trip. It was just two people, but there is sofa sleeper and an extra bed if needed. Excellent communication, great location, would definitely stay again. Condo is well equipped and actual walking distance (less than 2 min) to the gondola. Multiple hot tubs and a pool, ski storage. Kitchen was well equipped.

We were happy with the location of this unit - it was right next to the lifts, which was ideal for a ski trip and the reason we chose it. The property managers communicated well and we had no problems with check in or check out; however, the unit itself is dated and everything is LOUD - the showers, the timer for the fireplace, everything was super noisy. The TV in the living room was tiny and the wifi wasn't working the first day, but then it finally connected, thank goodness. The insinkerator wasn't working and caused the sink to fill with water. Once it drained (which was slow), food debris remained in the sink, which was gross. The location was A+ but the unit itself was subpar - a C. A bit of TLC in the form of repairs and upgrades would go a long way for this condo.

This is the second year I stayed in this condo. And as last year. Great condo. Large, cozy and homey. perfect for families, has everything you need. Full kitchen, patio, sleeps 8. Clean and well maintained. close to the red pine gondola and ski school drop. Looking forward to renting this unit again for future park city vacations.

The itrip company and staff have been super responsive and proactive. I would work with them again. The original rental had an AC issue and Itrip proactively helped mitigate the issue. I felt they cared.

We really enjoyed staying in this Sundial 2 bedroom property (414A&B). The unit has a very efficient floor plan. There is no view but there are Aspen and Spruce trees surrounding the unit. The amenities are nice - good fitness room, hot tub area and outdoor firepit. We would rent this condo again.

Our family from Alabama spent a glorious week skiing at Park City. The 2 bedroom 2bath Sundial condo easily accommodated the 6 of us. It was well equipped , clean and cozy. All the staff were very helpful and upbeat. We needed to unwind from a very hectic life and this was just what we needed! Nothing like the fresh mountain air and being able to play in the snow! Thank you all for making our stay a great time! We can’t wait to come back!

Sundial is a great place to stay at Canyons! So close to the bottom of the gondola which gives very easy access to the mountain. The beds were really good and the condo was very spacious and comfortable all round. I'll definitely be back to stay at Sundial.

Convenience is a high priority for our ski trips and the location of this unit was very nice. Quick access to the Gondola and Orange Bubble lifts made getting out in the mornings easy. I'd recommend this unit for anyone and will look to book this unit again the next time we plan a trip to Park City.

A very nice condo right next to the ski lift. I would have given 5 stars if not for one issue. We were traveling with our infant daughter and asked about the availability of a crib. The resort in which the condo is located has cribs for its guests to use on a first come first serve basis. Prior to our trip I emailed the rental company and asked if the cribs would be available for our use as well. They said we should be able to get one. When we arrived, however, were told there would be an over $100 charge to use a crib.

We always stay at the Sundial Lodge and are never disappointed. Canyons is a great location for biking, hiking and skiing. This unit was great for us and our 2 teen boys. We cooked in some and the condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and thank the owners for sharing their place with us.

We just spent 5 days here and were very happy with the accommodations and location. You can't get any closer to the gondola than Sundial. Our condo had everything we need. When we arrived we saw there were no hangars in the closets and we needed a light bulb. I made the call and hangars and light bulbs appeared! We were very impressed with that response because even little problems can affect the stay. This is our 5th year based at Canyons and we keep "moving up the hill". Sundial is the best location and this condo worked perfectly for us.

Sundial seems like a cool place if you're interested in extreme biking. For a family, not interested in extreme biking, we didn't have a lot to do. Walls are very thin--we heard a domestic dispute which lead to the sherif coming by next door. Heard everything. This was really uncomfortable and sad.

This is the first that we're hearing about the domestic dispute and it is unfortunate and sad to know, but we're pleased that someone called the authorities to help the situation. It is also unfortunate that we have no control over our neighbors and who they choose to rent their places to, but we will be following up with them directly and let them know the extent of the situation. Regardless, our apologies that it happened. Sundial Resort, situated at the base of Canyons at Park City, has a variety of activities in the summer including hiking, mountain biking, golf, scenic rides, zip tours, horseback riding, disc golf and more and in the winter, skiing, snowboarding, on mountain dining, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, heli tours and much more. I would have to agree that the on-hill mountain biking is not for beginners, but more so intermediates, as it is single track and technical. Mountain biking on the Park City side and at Deer Valley are also technical and challenging, so mountain biking in the area is truly downhill. What I'd recommend for families is cross country biking trails, which are wide, largely flat, multi-use and extend for hundreds of miles in and around Park City. Had we known your questions and interests prior to your arrival, we would have happily made these and more recommendations. Regardless of the issues outside of our control, we do hope that you enjoyed the property, found it comfortable and well maintained and did have fun during your stay. Best Regards, Reservations Team
