  • Our policy strictly prohibits parties. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees AND immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Kindly remove your ski boots upon entering the house.
  • This is a non-smoking home. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees AND immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Unless otherwise indicated, the home is not pet-friendly. Please, no pets in the home or on the premises.

For everyone's safety, do not exceed the listed max occupancy of the home and amenities.

All properties and homes are non-smoking. 

Parking rules must be followed. The city is very generous with its parking tickets and towing. 

Violations are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Park City heavenly powder

This was our first condo rental as we usually stay in hotels like Marriott or Hilton. The management company was very detailed and helpful in guiding us before and during the stay. The condo was small but functional with many useful amenities. The king size bed was very comfortable, but a sofa bed not so, but my teen managed. The best part was how close we were to the chair lift: about 6 min walk. Will stay there again- will try to rent the top floor next time. Thanks a lot and many thanks for the ski rental treat- was a nice perk!!!!

Nice basic condo recently updated. Appreciate had coffee filters and couple other basics. Only missing item was a cookie sheet to make stuff in oven. Short walk to lift is great! Close enough to town but we drove. Grocery store very close too. Firm mattress fine for us while I read others not their favorite. Good communication with property management

Snowcrest Condo Ski Vacation

We are having a terrific visit in Park City, staying at Snowcrest Condos. The condo has everything we need and the owners have been extremely responsive to our needs. The location is perfect, walking distance to the ski resort so we don't even have to worry about parking! We are a group of 3- 1 couple and an adult daughter.

This was a great place to stay when visiting Park City to ski. We enjoyed the location being in close proximity to main street, and an easy walk to the Park City slopes. The condo was simple, with no frills, but it was clean and welcoming. We felt very comfortable there. It seemed a reasonable price, given the location, and we felt fortunate to have found it when planning our first trip to Park City. The management company was also easy to communicate with.

Our time at Snowcrest was great! The location is super convenient- walking distance to the slope. Couldn’t even get much closer. The check in check out process was seamless and easy and the condo had everything we needed. We had a blast! I’d recommend it to anyone!

Great location for a ski trip

The location of the condo is superb. Really close to the ski lifts. The checkin process itself was seamless and the condo is very well equipped for an enjoyable stay.
