We loved everything about this stay! This property was perfect for my husband and I to get away and celebrate our 25th Anniversary being 1 block from the seawall and with quite a few restaurants within 5 miles. From the time I reached out and spoke with Winter to the time we checked out, her professionalism was top notch. We are now looking to this location for an annual getaway.

My family stayed in Shadowbrook 103 in late July 2023. The condo exceeded our expectations. It was updated, full of light, had a covered patio with a great view and comfortable furniture, including the beds. The heated pool was just steps away. Its a two story condo with the bedrooms on the bottom floor. Josh communicated well with us and was super responsive.

House was beautiful and suited our group perfectly. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and well used. The resort property, particularly the beach, were also great. The only down side was some fire ants next to the pool deck.

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at this villa and had a great experience. The villa is recently renovated and very clean. Villa is also a short, shaded walk to the beach. We would definitely stay in this villa again!

Quiet, comfortable home short distance to highway. Set back on property for privacy - very little noise. Comfortable furniture lends a relaxed feeling to the cozy home on a cold rainy weekend. Didn’t mind staying in! Great proximity to White Mountains and close enough to a variety of restaurants and shopping when weather doesn’t cooperate for outdoor adventures.
