The home has a flowing, open concept floor plan perfect for families or gatherings! From the front door you can see the breathtaking views of the mountains and nature preserve. The home has stunning wood beamed ceiling throughout and the main floor flows from entryway, to chef's kitchen and into the living area and finally the private deck. The living room is open and bright floor to ceiling windows and comfortable overstuffed furniture. The living room invites guests to relax in oversized soft sofa and comfortable lounge chair, while watching your favorite sport’s team on a 42" HDTV, right next to the gas fireplace.

This chef's kitchen was designed with style, luxury and functionality in mind! Cooks will love the tile granite countertop, attractive oak cabinetry, new appliances including refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and oven, dishwasher, numerous small household appliances and a full range of cookware and flatware to prepare any meal you have in mind. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar with seating for three and another dining table with seating for six, which is ideal for breakfast, to seat children or meals on the go.

The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for six (6). Through the sliding door, you can access the patio and private hot tub, which can be used year-round. On the main floor there is also a full bathroom with pedestal vanity, shower and toilet.

Head upstairs to the second floor where both of the bedrooms and laundry room are situated.

The spacious primary suite is well suited to meet all of your needs and wants. It features vaulted ceilings, majestic views, private balcony, sliding glass doors, a king size bed with hardwood bed frame – complete with comfortable linens and bedding – large dresser and floor to ceiling windows with sliding glass doors to view the outdoors. The primary suite also features a 40" HDTV and a private en suite bathroom. We had the most wonderful time staying here. The views are spectacular, we had a warm garage every morning, we walked to all the restaurants, coffee, and even the grocery store. It was nice to being so close to Park City to ski and visit the downtown and yet still able to walk the trails of the Swaner Preserve each day.

Great place to stay

This is a great place to stay! The location is great and close to the slopes. The house was very clean and had everything we could ask for. The best part was the back deck overlooks a wide open nature area and the sunrises are amazing from there. I will definitely try to stay here again in the future!

We have enjoyed every minute here! The townhouse is perfectly located for whatever you want to do in the area. We especially enjoyed the views of the nature preserve, what an amazing view at any point of the day. Must say after a long day in the cold and slopes, the hot tub was a perfect way to end the day. Utah is beautiful and we would definitely stay at this location if we came back. Thank you for making our trip one to remember!

This house was so perfect for our needs! The location was also awesome! So close to shopping and restaurants! A fun little community! The home was well taken care of. Fantastic location and spacious

We stayed in this unit for two months and it was amazing! Location was great in kimball junction close enough for a short drive to the slopes but convenience of restaurants and grocery store nearby. Unit had everything we needed and the iTrip team was super responsive when we needed anything additional. Definitely recommend!

Perfect Home

We are so lucky we got to stay here during our week in Park City! We had come from during a long week of going to a few national parks in Utah so it was the perfect oasis to enjoy afterward. Check-in was seamless and it was great to be able to use the garage to park the car inside the building. The location is just 10-15 minutes from downtown which was perfect. The sliding doors in the living room lead right out to the beautiful nature preserve that is simply so beautiful. Everything you could ever imagine is legit right outside your door from bed bath and beyond to a huge supermarket, restaurants and outlets and Wholefoods are right across the straight easy to access by car. The apartment itself was super clean and the master bedroom was perfect and comfy. The only downside was we decided to work the full work week there and with two people working remotely on the wifi sometimes it got a little spotty but was manageable throughout the whole week! Would 10/10 recommend this air bnb to anyone who is looking to get away for a little bit and experience all that Park City has to offer!

Park city area rental

We are very happy with the location and views of the rental. The view onto the refuge from the condo is a delight, with a lot of wildlife to watch. Sitting in the hot tub last night we saw fire flies! Including the bike path off the porch, very convenient to walk or ride to stores. The overall condition of the unit was very good. There was a problem with one of the bathroom drains, and the only frustration we had was communication about resolving the issue. A great stay!

Fantastic, convenient and very comfortable!

Absolutely everything was great with this rental. Loved the location - conveniently close to the skiing, etc at Park City Mountain Resort (a 10-15 minute drive to drop off/pick up the skiers in the family), plus an extremely walkable spot - close to the shops and restaurants in Newpark, and walking/biking path access to other nearby trailheads. The condo itself was perfect+ for our family of 4 - the kitchen is well outfitted, the gas fireplace made our mornings and evenings very cozy, and the hot tub was clean, well-maintained & all-around awesome after a day outdoors. Teens loved the bonus loft accessible via the second bedroom. All you need is there in terms of sheets/towels, as well as stocked with starter dry goods. Very clean. Also a shout-out to iTrip management - we arrived late, in a snowstorm, and the garage had a fair amount of garbage left there - tricky to fit our rental car in. I contacted them the following morning, and they got back to me almost immediately, came to take care of and apologized - responsive, excellent customer service!
