Welcome to your home away from home!!! This warm and welcoming home is truly a Deer Valley Gem! Ideally located in a central lower Deer Valley location, you are 2 minutes to world class skiing!

In the main living area, you will find two couches and a stone fireplace -- a great place to snuggle with a book on chilly nights. A large hallway leads through to a second living area with a plush sectional sofa, two recliner chairs, and a 64" flat-screen TV that makes movie nights a big-screen experience. Play checkers at the game table, or whip up a round of drinks for everyone at the wet bar.

The spacious kitchen is well equipped with everything you may need to make meals for a crowd! The open concept kitchen has a big island, small and large appliances, and a pantry stocked with essentials. A custom pinewood dining table seats 10 with extensions to seat up to 12 guests.

Located off the kitchen is the private patio where you will find a gas grill, sitting area, and the private hot tub.

The first guest suite is located on the main floor and features a queen bed, small flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and tub.

As you head up the stairs you will find a small sitting area and the other guest suites. The welcoming second suite features custom twin beds and a 46" flat-screen TV with cable and a walk-in shower. A king bed awaits in a spacious third guest suite with an updated bathroom and large walk-in shower. The primary suite offers lake views and also has a queen bed and shower as well as a desk area -- perfect for checking email or catching up on work.

This condo is equipped with a washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi.

Reserved parking is available for one vehicle in the parking garage. A secure ski locker in the parking garage is provided.

The free bus stops directly across the street from the condo's entrance and can take you all over Park City. Ride to the base of Deer Valley Mountain in 2 minutes, or ride to town in 5 minutes.

Park City has so many wonderful resturants and dining options! Our favorite spot for brunch and coffee is Five Seeds (1600 Snow Creek Drive), where many locals like to start their day.  My personal favorite is the shakshuka and the kids love their hot cakes! During busy season plan to go early if you can to avoid waiting for a table.

Main Street Pizza & Noodle  (530 Main Street) is a fun family friendly pizza place right on Main, Park City Provisions (221 Main Street) is a favorite lunch spot and you can eat in or take your gourmet goods to go. For dinner many guests enjoy the seasonally-driven menu at Riverhorse on Main (540 Main Street),  Chimayo offers unique Southest inspired dishes and reservations can be made online, Tupelo  has a global inspired menu (508 Main Street), and for modern American cuisine we love 350 Main (350 Main Street). You really can't go wrong dining at any of these establishments! 

Did you know you can take the ski bus from the SLC international airport to Park City? This is an affordable, eco-friendly service provided by the Utah Transit Authority.

TAKE TIME TO BE KIND

We want everyone to have a great stay but we understand that things may break or some items may get overlooked. Please reach out and we'll do our best to get them fixed in a timely manner.

We do ask that all guests TAKE TIME TO BE KIND. Common courtesy goes a long way. Sadly since the pandemic we have all witnessed an increase in disrepectful, aggressive or unacceptable behavior. Our team has taken a lot of abuse as they have experienced some very unkind guests.

Misunderstandings are one of the leading causes of complaints. Please make sure you read everything we send to you. This includes the entire rental listing, all of our house rules, all photos, all emails & texts and all the help articles in your iTrip account. This helps avoid misunderstandings.

For our own safety and security we have a zero tolerance rule with guests who are rude, abusive, discourteous or argumentative. We do not and will not engage any more beyond asking them to read our TAKE TIME TO BE KIND policy.

Very comfortable accommodations

This home is amazing! So much room and comfort for everybody! The living room is huge and has comfortable seating. Plus there is a bonus sitting room perfect for game night or just hanging out. Very well stocked kitchen and everything is in working order. Bus ride to the slopes was super easy and quick! With free ski storage at Deer Valley, the bus was no issue at all. Would definitely stay here again!

We found this beautiful home to be the PERFECT spot for our festival team to stay during Sundance 2023. Spacious. Warm. Well decorated and incredibly welcoming. Not to mention directly opposite a shuttle stop that heads straight into the Park City downtown. Would stay again!

Absolutely Perfect

This home was absolutely perfect! It looks EXACTLY like the photos and is perfectly maintained. The view out the back windows is gorgeous and the space is very cozy. At the same time, it felt much larger than the photos present. Access to Park City / Deer Valley was easy thanks to the bus stop located just outside the complex. We also used uber quite a bit when it was snowing heavily and we didn't want to wait for the bus. Wifi, hot tub and other amenities are as advertised and work wonderfully. The TV didn't seem to want to connect to the wifi so smart options weren't available, but I travel with a Roku and that worked without issue

Great location to ski at Deer Valley

This place is huge with a well-stocked kitchen and 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The location was perfect to ski Deer Valley. Here are a few suggestions to improve this unit: 1. Replace the bed in the first floor bedroom: current one is very hard and uncomfortable. 2. Label the light switches: there are so many of them and a few didn't work at all. 3. More outlets in each bedroom to allow for charging of phones, watches, laptops, etc. 4. Allow for a way to speak directly with the condo management. Only being allowed to text back and forth was a bit of a drag due to delayed responses and lack of a response to a few questions asked repeatedly. 5. Make sure there is a snow shovel readily available during the winter months. We arrived to 2-3 feet of snow on the back patio that we had to shovel using metal mixing bowls because it took 2 days for management to respond to our request for a snow shovel. 6. Please indicate in the listing for this unit where additional cars can park since only 1 spot is available in the underground garage. Other than the above, the unit was very nice.

This property was very convenient to Deer Valley Ski Resort and there was a bus stop close by to get around easily. The home was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the hot tub was not ready for us when we arrived. Once we realized there was a problem, the rental company was responsive but it took two days to get it all worked out.

Park city ski trip

We stayed at this house for 4 nights for a ski trip. The house is very close to deer valley slopes. It is spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The host provides most condiments and spices in the pantry which is very helpful for those who like to cook. The beds are super comfortable which is very important to me. I found the rental agency to be responsive. I would happily stay here again.

Warm, comfy and cozy

This condo is a great retreat for anyone. It's spacious for you and your entire group of people. The full kitchen allows for home cooked meals while watching the snow fall or leaves turn, depending on the time of year. It is easy walking into the heart of Park City for shopping, coffee and meals. I've stayed there many times and have enjoyed each stay more than the last. Curl up in comfort and leave your worries at home!

We have been vacationing in Park City for over 20 years, and have always stayed in the lower Deer Valley area. I have to say that our stay at 1432 Fawn Grove was one of the most enjoyable. The reason for me saying this is how spacious, warm and comfortable this home is. Walkability to Deer Valley Plaza/Grocery Cafe, Main Street and Snow Park Lodge was wonderful. The views over the lake and up the mountain were as beautiful and peaceful as I ever could have imagined. It was like living in a painting. At the same time, the back patio and spa are very private. The furnishings were very comfortable and it was truly like a home away from home. Last thing, the parking garage is very convenient and easy to get in and out of. Overall, my rating is 5 stars. Great condo!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo in Deer Valley, UT. The location and accommodations worked perfectly for my family escaping the AZ heat. We enjoyed the lake and beautiful views. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I’ll definitely be back again in the near future.
