This home is located in the popular and family-friendly Red Pines Condominiums, this multi-level condo is the perfect spot for your ski vacation at Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah or weekend summer getaway. This Red Pine condo is equipped with 2 bedrooms plus a loft, 2 bathrooms, open living room and kitchen and great amenities including pools, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts & more at the Red Pine Clubhouse. In the winter simply grab your gear and you'll be in fresh powder in minutes! It is easy walking distance to the Cabriolet Lift - people mover - which takes you to the Canyons Resort Mountain Village.

As you walk into the property, you'll notice the spacious living area. After a long day of exploring Downtown Park City or skiing Canyons Resort, it is nice to return to an open common area equipped with dark leather furniture, lounge chairs (x2), a 38" HDTV with enhanced cable and gas fireplace. The condo is made bright and airy from all the windows and vaulted ceilings, but also made cozy and inviting with the fireplace and cedar mantle. To access your private balcony, just use the sliding glass door located off of the family room.

The kitchen is adjacent the living area and is fully stocked and equipped for Guests to use. It is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, lots of counter space and deep steel sink. The cabinets are where you will find lots of pots, pans, cookware, corning ware & flatware to prepare and serve breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The kitchen also has a small dining room table with seating for four (4) people.

This Red Pine Cabriolet Condo features 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2 baths.

The master bedroom is located on the main floor, just off of the living room. It features a queen size bed, comfortable linens & bedding, a large dresser and closet. The window is south-east facing and allows natural light to warm the room throughout the day. The first bathroom (1) is also located on the main floor and features a large counter top, vanity, storage & cabinet space and a separate area with the toilet, shower & tub combination.

Use the stairs to access the second floor and that is where you will find the second bedroom, loft bedroom and second bathroom.

What's great about this property is it's ability to sleep 8. The guest bedroom (2) two twin size beds with headboard, comfortable linens & bedding, closet, dresser and many windows with surrounding views. The loft bedroom (3) is equipped with a bunk-bed that has a double bed on the bottom and twin on top, a full size bed and dresser. The two second floor bedrooms share a full bath. The bathroom offers a vanity & wide counter space separate from the toilet, tub and shower. Please note this home does not have air conditioning and can be warm during the summer months.

The Red Pine Clubhouse offers a hot tub, exercise area, tennis courts, entertainment space and two pools to suit your needs on vacation. Laundry is also available at the Red Pine Clubhouse. Outdoor parking is available at Red Pine and every space is available when it's not occupied. If you are visit Utah this winter, be sure to ski and snowboard fresh powder at any of the local ski resorts: Canyons Resort, Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort!

Dear Thomas, Our sincere apologies that the condo was not to your liking and outdated. We wish that we had heard from you during your stay, so that we could have relocated you and your group to newer and better suited condo. The condo was as described but it didn't mention anywhere that both the 2nd and 3rd room are open spaces and not individual rooms, so if privacy is important this might not be the best place. Also, the condo was quite dirty when we arrived with dust, disposable contact lens, etc. on the carpet and in the corners. Since a cleaning fee was charged I would expect the condo to be more clean... Lastly, the heater in the master bedroom made loud noises so it had to be turned off at night. Overall I'd give it 3 stars as it was still a comfortable space asides from all the issues mentioned above.

We loved the location of this condo. It was close to the Tanger outlets, a Walmart was near by as well. Lots of good places to eat. We loved our day at the Olympic Park which was also close. There was lots to do in the Canyons with free Saturday concerts and the gondola ride. There was a great farmers market. The pools for the condo was a great place to swim and relax. Good beds and a well stocked condo.

We found the condo very well located and comfortable for the 4 people in our group. As previously stated the condo is a little dated, but this didn't cause us any issues. Having previously stayed in one of the town houses, in the canyons with a larger group, we would certainly return to this condo again.

This condo is in a very good location within short walking distance of the parking lot lift that brings you to the base of Canyons. The unit is older and a little outdated, but it is clean and in good condition. There is enough room to comfortably fit up to 6 people. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Great value for the location and convenience!

The place was great for 4 guys that just wanted to ski. The unit is good but needs to be updated. Besides the outdated unit it was a great place to stay and very close to the mountain.

Condo was clean and well appointed but extremely outdated. We had issues with heat never turning off and all rooms being extremely hot. We had to turn off heat. Contacted rental company via email after first night and no one contacted us. They left a voicemail at my home. Guess they didn't realize we were staying at condo and not home? I do not recommend this unit. Owners need to spend some investment and update the entire condo.

This condo was comfortable, clean, well-supplied, and very affordable. There was a nice amount of storage space, and the Jack-and-Jill style bathroom downstairs was really convenient. The clubhouse was very nice. The management company was easy to work with, and refunded our security deposit very promptly. It is dated, but the photos give an accurate picture of what to expect. Be aware that there is no glass in the "windows" of the upstairs bedroom, so if adults plan to use it privacy could be an issue. Also be aware that you have to go up stairs to get to the entrance, and there is no air conditioning. We stayed the second week of august and the afternoons got a little warm, especially upstairs. There are several fans at the condo.
