Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning however fans are included and most evenings/mornings are cool.

This centrally located Red Pine 2 Bedroom Sun Peak Condo at Canyons Park City has 2 bedrooms plus a loft and 2 full bathrooms, amazing amenities including a clubhouse, year-round pools, hot tubs, sauna and fitness center. Located just 300 yards from the base of the Canyons Resort, you are in a perfect location for a summer or winter vacation. Enjoy an open floor plan, beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to Downtown Park City, Utah.

From our condo, you are within walking distance of the free Cabriolet Lift (people mover), which provides quick and convenient access to the largest ski resort in the United States - Park City!

One of the most exciting ski towns in the Rocky Mountains, Park City offers hundreds of restaurants, shops and activities. Excellent shopping ranging from boutiques to large outlet stores is also available and there are two movie theaters all within minutes of the condo. The Utah Olympic Park is minutes away and is the training facility for Olympic athletes and a great visitors destination in Park City.

If you are looking to ski other great resorts in the area, you can easily take a day trip to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude or Brighton Ski Resort for some adventure. In total there are nine world-class ski resorts within one hour of Park City.

Note: The Red Pine Clubhouse and pools are CLOSED from April 15-Memorial Day, and again from Labor Day through Thanksgiving.

Disappointed with the condo. There was a "musty" smell when we arrived and had to open all windows. Rug seemed dirty and the condo did not have a clean feel to it. Advertised as sleeps 8 people. The upstairs loft area where 6 people would sleep is very cramped and not private. I feel it was falsely advertised. Feel the condo needs updating. Would not book with VRBO again.

The condo was as described but it didn't mention anywhere that both the 2nd and 3rd room are open spaces and not individual rooms, so if privacy is important this might not be the best place. Also, the condo was quite dirty when we arrived with dust, disposable contact lens, etc. on the carpet and in the corners. Since a cleaning fee was charged I would expect the condo to be more clean... Lastly, the heater in the master bedroom made loud noises so it had to be turned off at night. Overall I'd give it 3 stars as it was still a comfortable space asides from all the issues mentioned above.

We loved the location of this condo. It was close to the Tanger outlets, a Walmart was near by as well. Lots of good places to eat. We loved our day at the Olympic Park which was also close. There was lots to do in the Canyons with free Saturday concerts and the gondola ride. There was a great farmers market. The pools for the condo was a great place to swim and relax. Good beds and a well stocked condo.

We found the condo very well located and comfortable for the 4 people in our group. As previously stated the condo is a little dated, but this didn't cause us any issues. Having previously stayed in one of the town houses, in the canyons with a larger group, we would certainly return to this condo again.

This condo is in a very good location within short walking distance of the parking lot lift that brings you to the base of Canyons. The unit is older and a little outdated, but it is clean and in good condition. There is enough room to comfortably fit up to 6 people. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Great value for the location and convenience!

Condo was clean and well appointed but extremely outdated. We had issues with heat never turning off and all rooms being extremely hot. We had to turn off heat. Contacted rental company via email after first night and no one contacted us. They left a voicemail at my home. Guess they didn't realize we were staying at condo and not home? I do not recommend this unit. Owners need to spend some investment and update the entire condo.

This condo was comfortable, clean, well-supplied, and very affordable. There was a nice amount of storage space, and the Jack-and-Jill style bathroom downstairs was really convenient. The clubhouse was very nice. The management company was easy to work with, and refunded our security deposit very promptly. It is dated, but the photos give an accurate picture of what to expect. Be aware that there is no glass in the "windows" of the upstairs bedroom, so if adults plan to use it privacy could be an issue. Also be aware that you have to go up stairs to get to the entrance, and there is no air conditioning. We stayed the second week of august and the afternoons got a little warm, especially upstairs. There are several fans at the condo.
