Another great week at surfside beach , storm cleanup was underway but did not bother our beach or travel time , condo was great we have stayed here before and will again . We haven't had any problems during our stay so we never had to call teeoff for help, a very nice place to stay...also rowdy likes the beach and makes the condo home right away

We had a fabulous time with our family at Eugenia! The house is beautifully updated and conveniently stocked. The pool was just right and having the beach access with a short walk to the sand was amazing! We all said the designer “thought of everything”.

Had a lovely one month stay in this unit. Very clean and had everything we needed. No crowds this time of year so never had any issues with parking or the elevator as we had read before coming. The view was spectacular. We saw the dolphins and some surfers. Walked the expansive beach and got to enjoy the outside jacuzzi! Would love to come back again. Very reasonably priced.

This house was well stocked had an incredible location next to a park and had a great bunk room for the kids. We also liked the fact that every room had a smart tv! There were a few things that popped up during our trip but the management company was great at addressing our questions

Place was incredible and location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to almost everything on Folly and still felt secluded/private with an amazing backyard and shower for hosing off after a long day at the beach. Would love to stay again!
