Welcome to this restored A-frame empire avenue ski chalet, which has all the authentic ski house features blended with modern upgrades throughout. This single-family home is equipped with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, updated gourmet kitchen, formal dining room, den, wet bar, foosball table, garage, 60” HDTV and other great amenities and antique handpicked décor.

As you enter the home, you will notice history blended with modernity. The main floor living room is in the center of the home and has kept the Old Town Park City charm, but is well improved with a 60” HDTV, comfortable leather and fabric furnishings, original brick built wood burning fireplace and timber beam finishes on the mantle & ceiling.

Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining area with seating for six (6). A large antique armoire frames the room with the vaulted ceiling and chandeliers, while there are fine antique pieces including a hand-painted storage chest, western-style art and other ski related items, to further complement the space. The dining room and living room have floor to ceiling windows. And both also have sliding glass doors to easily access the wrap-around deck that offers views of Park City and provides the opportunity of indoor and outdoor living.

The kitchen has been updated and opens up nicely to the living space. It is well equipped with stainless steel appliances including fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher and other small household appliances. The kitchen is properly finished with Giallo granite countertops, hardwood cabinets and stainless steel fixtures & finishes. The wrap-around kitchen & counter also seconds as a breakfast bar with seating for two (2).

The first bedroom (1) is located on the main floor. It is equipped with a queen size bed, two (2) nightstands with lamps, comfortable linens and bedding, ottoman & large closet.

The second bedroom (2) is also located on the main floor and features a queen size bed, two (2) dressers, full-length mirror & closet.

The first bathroom (1) is shared between both guest bedrooms. The bathroom is equipped with a full size tub & shower combination, new lighting fixtures, large sink with pink speckled granite counters & stainless steel fixtures.

Head down the stairs to the second living area, which is fully furnished and equipped with a wet bar, western décor, art & collectibles, fireplace, 40” HDTV, cable and Blu-Ray player. The wet bar has a small sink & microwave and around the corner is the foosball table & game room. When traveling with children, this is a great space for them to play, hangout and enjoy themselves. From the basement, a doorway leads to the one-car garage, which also holds the property’s washer and dryer.

Regardless of when you vacation in Park City, this home offers great amenities year-round and the location cannot be beat. The home has two (2) balconies. The first wraps around the front and sides of the home and offers seating & a Weber BBQ grill and the second balcony is shared between the two upstairs loft bedrooms at the back of the house.

To get upstairs, use the spiral iron staircase. It leads you to the upper floor landing and lounge area with beanie bag seating for two (2).

The third bedroom (3) has a twin bed, slanted ceiling, footstool, nightstand & lamp and access to a shared balcony. The fourth bedroom (4) is identical and also has a twin bed, slanted ceiling, footstool, nightstand & lamp and access to the shared balcony.

The second bathroom is located on the upper level and services the two loft bedrooms. It is corky, yet patriotic in style with red, white and blue tiling. It is great for kids. The bathroom features a sink, counter space and bathtub only. Like the rest of the upper level, it too has a vaulted ceiling. Please note the home does not have air conditioning.

For those that plan to venture outside the downtown area, there is free transportation to Deer Valley, The Canyons, Olympic Park, Kimball Junction, or The Outlet Mall, which is the largest in Utah. Just walk to the bus stop and you're off ... for free. Enjoy the best snow on earth at Park City Mountain Resort or you are within 5 minutes - walking distance - to all Main Street shops, theater, restaurants, local events and the town chairlift.

This place was great! Clean and spacious! The house does comfortably sleep 8 (two queen beds, two twins, and a pull out couch). We didn't see the couch in the listing so we were pleasantly surprised! Thank you! Ada
