The chef’s kitchen is brand new, spacious and bright and features all new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, 2 ovens, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and more. The kitchen is also complete with a large island and breakfast bar with bar stool seating for four (4) people. This kitchen has everything you need to entertain family & friends and to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner with a complete range of cookware, dishes and flatware.

Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom with beautiful finishes.

The dining room is situated right off the kitchen and features a hardwood dining room table with seating for 8-10 people (with 4 folding chairs in the garage) and chandelier.

It was the perfect “girlfriends” getaway so close to all of the great places in resort area. Great hiking out the front door, super close to everything and restaurants, and then just a short drive to the Old Town Park City shopping and restaurants. The house is so cozy and warm with all of the modern conveniences. The beds were incredible and she had the most wonderful sheets!

This townhouse is bright, very spacious, and beautifully decorated. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided from the well-stocked kitchen to the gorgeous linens and unbelievably comfortable beds. In fact, I liked my mattress so much that I took a photo of the label before I left. I'm looking forward to returning soon.

My son and I enjoyed staying in this very well maintained new house. Quiet neighborhood, great views and closed proximities to all main destinations, made these 2 days unforgettable, with hiking at Canyons, zip-lining at Sundance, walking and dining in downtown Park City. Here are the highlights: - 20 minutes drive from/to SLC airport - 5 minutes walk to local restaurants and shops - 5 minutes drive to Kimball junction - 10 minutes drive to Canyons hiking/biking/skiing center - 15 minutes drive to Downtown Park City - hot tub, wifi, fully equipped kitchen - comfortable beds - cozy and comfortable setup We will definitely be back there for the skiing during the winter!

After spending 4 nights in this lovely 3 story townhouse, I can highly recommend it! The decor is warm and inviting, all the rooms are tastefully furnished and the beds are extremely comfortable. It's a brand new home so the bathrooms and kitchen are beautifully appointed. The location afforded easy access to local shops and restaurants and a much simpler airport commute. There's public transportation into Park City and the ski areas for winter use. Hiking trails exist just a short distance from the house. It's a spot I'll look forward to visiting again!
